Fahrradi Farfalla FFX
The Fahrradi Farfalla FFX is a look at the future of Ferrari through the eyes of Johannes Langeder, creator of the Ferdinand GT3 RS. Top Gear watchers will probably remember Hammond ‘flying’ round Dunsfold in a pedal-powered Porsche – the Ferdinand GT3 RS – a couple of years back. Now the team behind that are back with a new project – the Fahrradi Farfalla FFX.
Opel/Vauxhall has released first details of the Trixx small car concept to be shown at the Geneva Motor Show next month. Martin Smith, Opel/Vauxhall executive director of design, says: "Trixx shows our vision of an innovative, ultra-compact car in the three-metre-class, with an expressive, exciting design, and meets a variety of mobility requirements with its clever, highly versatile interior concept."
Trixx has an inflatable rear seat, sliding electric doors, and a push-button roof hatch that allows it to carry extra-long objects upright. The versatile car can carry up to three adults and a child, and as a one-seater it turns into a substantial load carrier.

At the Paris Motor Show 2006, CAR Online witnessed the covers come off the concept that was to pre-empt Lancia’s C-segment superstar. Today the Lancia Delta takes pride of place on the Lancia stand, flanked by the rest of the range: Ypsilon and Musa. It’s the name that probably means most to UK buyers, so the Delta will spearhead Lancia’s comeback to these shores after a 15-year-break in mid-2009.
